LUBRIPLATE Pure Tac is a food
grade grease, NSF H-1 Registered* designed for applications
subjected to chemically treated water, heat and steam in food and
beverage processing plants and canneries. Because this food grade
grease is extremely
tacky and adhesive characteristics, it is also an excellent open
gear grease. Pure Tac is
recommended for all types of medium to slow speed bearings. Also,
because of its outstanding resistance to water washout, Pure Tac
food grade grease is
the ideal grease for hydrostatic cooker chains.
Statement of Usage:
“These compounds may be used on food, beverage and pharmaceutical
processing and packaging equipment as a protective anti-rust film,
as a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures and as a
lubricant for machine parts and equipment in locations in which
there is potential exposure of the lubricated part to food,
beverage, pharmaceutical and related packaging equipment. The amount
used should be the minimum required to accomplish the desired
technical effect on the equipment.”
